Job Description
The ROLEs
We are seeking experienced people with a variety of skills and capabilities. All roles will be required to:
Demonstrate a commitment to a safe working environment and contribute to the development of the Safety 1st culture.
Ensure compliance with Hazell Bro Group, OH&S regulations, work instructions, and procedures.
Work to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Have a Construction Industry White Card
Have reliable transport to get to and from work
Have current full working rights in Australia

Desired Skills and Experience
Skills and experience that we are looking for (you may have some or all of these):
Experience in paving operations and methodologies
Experience in rolling operations and methodologies
Experience in profile operations and methodologies
Level Hand (screed operator)
Technical and Mechanical aptitude for Asphalt & Sealing
Float experience
Sealing, running metal and operating a broom
Medium Rigid or Heavy Rigid licence
Dangerous Goods ticket
These roles are for people who want to step up when the opportunity arises, so we aren’t looking for passengers. We will invest in you if you put in for us, with career progression available. Ideally you will also have 3-5 years’ experience in applying your skills.
