About THE ROLE
As a Quarry Operator - Leading Hand, you will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and safely. You will play a key role in supervising and coordinating the workforce, managing the extraction processes, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations, ensuring that production targets are met, and implementing safety protocols to protect our team and the environment.

Desired Skills and Experience
About YOU
Strong commitment to our Safety 1st Always Works framework
Experience operating mobile plant (front end loader, excavator and dozer tickets highly desirable)
Ability to manage workload and delegate accordingly
Able to work autonomously and collaboratively within a small team
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and site conditions
Good communication written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to participate in training and ongoing skill development
Current driver’s licence
