Job Description
This role supports the delivery of compliant and high-quality asphalt and sealing works by assisting with quality assurance activities, documentation, and inspections which are compliant with internal systems, client specifications and Australian Standards.
The ROLE
Assists in implementing and maintaining quality assurance (QA) processes across asphalt production and sealing operations.
Participates in routine site and plant inspections to verify compliance with quality requirements.
Assists with verifying workmanship standards for asphalt paving, sealing preparation, spraying and finishing activities.
Supports the identification, reporting, and tracking of non‑conformances and corrective actions.
Assists in preparing and collating project quality records and handover documentation.
Promotes awareness of quality requirements across operational teams.
Ensures that all activities are completed in a safe and efficient way

Desired Skills and Experience
About YOU
Relevant experience in construction industry (highly desirable).
Knowledge of engineering principals to maximise safety and minimise defects.
Practical knowledge of regulatory governance, legislative requirements, codes of practice and compliance requirements.
Good communication skills both written and verbal to effectively with customers, colleagues and management.
Good understanding of Microsoft Office software including Microsoft Project.
Must haves
Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent
Construction Industry White Card
Current drivers licence
Full working rights in Australia
