Job Description
The ROLE
This is a pivotal role with responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from conception to final completion, within HSE, quality, budget, and program requirements.
Will provide overall leadership and management of the project team
Leads by example and further develops our Safety 1st Always Works behaviours and attitudes within the workforce
Takes time to understand our clients' needs along with expectations and aims to exceed them
Understands the importance of getting it right first time, so sets up and manages projects accordingly

Desired Skills and Experience
About YOU
Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
Extensive project management experience with regards to road infrastructure projects (TMR experience will be highly regarded)
Sound professional engineering knowledge to identify and resolve issues
Effective leadership and people management skills
Sound negotiating skills and extensive experience in negotiating within a contractual environment
Excellent competency in project delivery and financial reporting
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to work autonomously within a team environment
Ability to work away from home when required
Ability to continually challenge assumptions and methods and recommend initiatives
