Job Description
The ROLE
We are seeking multiple people to fill a variety of roles including Bitumen Spray Operator, Truck Operators and General Hands. All roles will be required to:
Demonstrate a commitment to a safe working environment and contribute to the development of the Safety 1st culture.
Ensure compliance with Hazell Bro Group, OH&S regulations, work instructions, and procedures.
Work to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Desired Skills and Experience
About YOU
All roles must have
Construction Industry White Card (or ability to acquire)
Reliable transport to get to and from work
Current full working rights in Australia
Bitumen Sprayer Operator
Current Dangerous Goods ticket and Heavy Combination licence
Experience in the role
Other relevant tickets or licences related to bitumen spraying operations (desirable)
Truck Operator
Current Heavy Combination licence
Be multiskilled
Experience with metal spreading, float work and asphalt delivery
General Hand
Medium Rigid licence (minimum)
Asphalt or Sealing experience (must have)
Any other tickets relating to Asphalt or Sealing (desirable)
