Job Description
The ROLE
We are currently looking for a number of Site Engineers to join our team and grow their career with us. Responsibilities include the following:
Assists with planning and construction phases of the project.
Monitor progress, and support efficient use of labour, plant and equipment.
Set up project quality controls in accordance with Project Specifications.
Manage ITPs, inspections and engineering records, and ensure works meet specifications, standards and contractual requirements with minimal rework and NCRs.
Inspect work to verify it matches technical drawings, plans, and regulatory standards.
Ensure that all activities are completed in a safe and efficient way.
Any other duties or tasks as reasonably directed.

Desired Skills and Experience
About YOU
Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent.
2+ years or more relevant experience in civil construction industry.
Overall understanding of civil engineering principals.
Good knowledge of regulatory governance, legislative requirements, codes of practice and compliance requirements.
Highly developed communication skills both written and verbal to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues and management.
A growing understanding of construction sequencing, methodologies and technical risk management.
Willingness to learn and ability to adapt to project needs.
