Job Description

The ROLE

As a Site Engineer, you will work as part of a team to ensure that each project is managed in a safe, effective and efficient manner. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will actively assist in the successful delivery of projects. Your primary duties will include:

-Identifying and mitigating project risks and maximising project opportunities

-Supervising onsite project activities, including the management of resources and subcontractors

-Assessing optimal workloads and managing staff resource requirements

-Assistance with the  administration of quality assurance tasks

About YOU 

To succeed in this role, you will have:

-Bachelor of Civil Engineering

-Minimum of one year’s experience in Civil Construction supporting the delivery of civil projects safely, on time, within budget, and meeting quality specifications - ideally on site-based construct projects

-Sound interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with your team including crew, contractors, and clients

-A good attitude, think well on your feet, reliable and work well in a team

-Numeracy and computer literacy and a basic understanding of contract administration, procurement and subcontracting principles

-Driver’s license

-Familiarity with TMR specifications and experience in the administration of quality assurance on TMR projects will be highly regarded.
