Job Description
The ROLE
This is a 12 month Parental Leave contract.
In this diverse role you will be responsible for:
Setting up and managing access approvals to ensure proper authorisation for information access.
Managing shared access for external and guest users.
Organising and maintaining a clear structure in digital platforms for easy permission management and data cleanup.
Creating and standardising templates for technical documents including reports, knowledge bases, and change management.
Developing and user guides to support digital literacy, including onboarding materials, reference guides, and FAQs.
Supporting information protection through regular audits, training, and archiving practices.
Conducting internal reviews to keep data clean, maintain access expiration dates, and follow the Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP).
Desired Skills and Experience
About YOU
Training or certification in the application of information protection standards (NIST/ISO)
Strong communication skills and the ability to convey information effectively to non-technical audiences
Previous project management experience
Knowledge of network security technology, particularly FortiNet
Thorough understanding of industry standards and best practices for managing and protecting digital information
Proficiency in administering information management systems, including Windows File Sharing, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online
Experience with permission management systems, such as Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft Purview
Familiarity with knowledge management practices
