Job Description
The ROLE:
Raeburn Quarry are seeking a full time Maintenance Person to perform all servicing and repair work with the utmost safety and efficiency. As a Maintenance Person, you will undertake the following duties:
Perform repairs and service of mobile plant and mobile crushing equipment
Assist to provide accurate information for quotes by determining time, costs, resources, or materials needed to perform a work activity and monthly stocktake of inventory
Continuously aim to improve operations, reduce turnaround times, streamline processes, and collaborate to deliver seamless customer service
Verify vehicle performance post repair by conducting test drives, adjusting controls and systems
Support processes that eliminate injuries, reworks, fleet damage, lost time, material waste and overall operational costs
Maintain equipment records by annotating services and repairs
Desired Skills and Experience
About YOU:
Commitment to our Safety 1st Always Works culture
Relevant Trade qualification - Certificate III
Current Drivers Licence (manual preferred) - Heavy Vehicle Licence (desirable)
Experience in Fitting and Welding (desirable)
Experience in servicing a wide range of heavy earthmoving and mobile crushing equipment across various makes and models
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also effectively collaborating within a team
Accurate record keeping and administrative ability
