Job Description

The ROLE

  • Mentor, supervise and provide technical support to the team onsite.
  • Leading preventative maintenance programs with sound knowledge of job costing and time frames.
  • Prior experience with scheduling, job delegation and coordination of workshop employees is essential.
  • A strong focus on growing the relationship with the client ensuring all contract maintenance KPI's are met.
  • Manage maintenance services and requirements on Hazell Bros and client assets in accordance with Hazell Bros & client maintenance strategies, policies & procedures.
  • Promote and support a safety culture that effectively manages risks in line with company’s policies and procedures whilst achieving continuous improvement.
  • Ensure commercial targets are within budget and identify commercial risks and opportunities.

About YOU 

  • Relevant Trade Qualification (Light Vehicle, Heavy Vehicle or Mobile Plant).
  • Experience in a similar role with demonstrated leadership experience is desirable.
  • The ability to prioritise workloads with excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with a positive approach to leadership. 
  • Exposure to a diverse range of mobile assets typically associated with the heavy mechanical industry.
  • Willingness and ability to support and mentor team members.
