Job Description
The ROLE
Mentor, supervise and provide technical support to the team onsite.
Leading preventative maintenance programs with sound knowledge of job costing and time frames.
Prior experience with scheduling, job delegation and coordination of workshop employees is essential.
A strong focus on growing the relationship with the client ensuring all contract maintenance KPI's are met.
Manage maintenance services and requirements on Hazell Bros and client assets in accordance with Hazell Bros & client maintenance strategies, policies & procedures.
Promote and support a safety culture that effectively manages risks in line with company’s policies and procedures whilst achieving continuous improvement.
Ensure commercial targets are within budget and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
About YOU
Relevant Trade Qualification (Light Vehicle, Heavy Vehicle or Mobile Plant).
Experience in a similar role with demonstrated leadership experience is desirable.
The ability to prioritise workloads with excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication with a positive approach to leadership.
Exposure to a diverse range of mobile assets typically associated with the heavy mechanical industry.
Willingness and ability to support and mentor team members.
